Three Registration options are available:

Go to Lifelong Learning Registration Desk, Student Union East Building, 2nd Floor.

*Information includes type of card number, expiration date, name of card holder, and signature.

Agency checks, money orders, purchase orders, and billing authorization letters must state in writing: Student name, social security number, and section number, course number, and course fee for which billing is authorized.

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:
One week prior to course start dates.  Registration materials must be received by registration deadlines.  Students are enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Postmarks or faxed confirmation dates are used to resolve eligibility questions (e.g. limited seats in class, late forms, etc.).  Courses are confirmed or cancelled on the registration deadline date.

CANCELLED COURSES:
GCCC will attempt to reach by phone each registered student to notify him/her.  HOWEVER, it is the student’s responsibility to call the college to learn if a course has been confirmed (“made”) or has been cancelled.  For this information, call 872-3823 Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
and Friday, 8:00 am-3:30 pm.  Please do not call sooner than one week before the course is scheduled to begin  (registration deadline).

REFUNDS:
A full refund is granted if requested prior to 4:00 p.m. the workday prior to the day of the class. After this date, refunds will not be granted. A complete explanation of the Refund Policy is in the General Catalog.
