          We welcome you to Education Encore.  Encore is a participant-driven, educational opportunity for adults of Bay, Gulf, and Franklin counties in Florida's Great Northwest, the panhandle. Sponsorship of the program by Gulf Coast Community College demonstrates the college's commitment to lifelong learning and quality learning experiences for all the citizens it serves.

        The Education Encore Program affirms Gulf Coast Community College's mission by providing personal, social, academic, and cultural development to adults.

       A recent Harvard Medical School study found that "just as exercising the body keeps one physically fit -- exercising the mind keeps one mentally fit."  Education Encore does precisely that for its participants.
