Food Manager Training

The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Hospitality Education Program (HEP) is the group the offers the classes for food manager certification. Classes are held in a variety of locations throughout the state, including Gulf Coast Community College's Panama City campus (Student Union East building, second floor). Food Manager Testing

The Florida Restaurant Association is the authorized testing provider for the DBPR's HEP department. Tests are held in a variety of locations across through the state, including at Gulf Coast Community College's Panama CIty campus (Student Union East building, second floor).
